Overview of the Human Resources Manager role:
Recruiting for all levels of the organization - interviewing, extending offers, pre-employment screening, and new hire orientation Maintain environment that fosters feedback and high employee morale, counsel management on resolving employee concerns, respond to employee inquiries Maintain personnel files and create documentation for hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc Conduct benefits administration, performance evaluations, and internal workplace investigations Assist with biweekly payroll and process payroll when Payroll Manager is absent Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 5 years of Human Resources experience Thorough knowledge of employment law Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels of an organization #CBAUG2023 Recommended Skills Human Resources Labour Laws Requirement Prioritization Research Stress Management Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
